Remote connection via mobile network.

Hi all,

I have a CR1000 based weather station posting data to weather underground.

The setup is CR1000 logger with the NL115 and a Siretta mobile router fitted with an EE sim card.  I have setup a NoIp account and also  the port forwarding in the router but I can't login to the router from the outside world, someone here suggested its down to a limitation of the EE network ( CGNAT )..

So how can I get round this ?? Would a VPN allow me to login from outside , I also heard that the Three mobile network don't use the CGNAT. Any support greatly appreciated..
