RS-232 Question

Hello,

Can I connect from a RS-232 port on the CR1000 to a RS-232 port on a CELL210 with either a null modem cable or a regular RS-232 cable?

You should use a null modem cable and set the logger and modem to work over the RS232 port with the same baud rate. You will also want to decide whether you want to use PPP or Serial Server mode.
