Bug in Loggernet 4.10

I just did a new install of Loggernet 4.10 build 4.10.0.2 on a new Windows 11 PC and there seems to be a bug with date and edate in Split. "mm/dd/yyyy" results in "12-22-2025" not "12/22/2025". This causes data failures down the line. CSI can't replicate it, anyone else having the problem?
